1. IFC Drawing:

Detailed drawings considered final, issued, and approved by the design team for construction, reflect precise dimensions, layout, and specifications. It can used by GCs to execute construction according to the contract, and also serve as a legal record of the design.

2. Construction Drawings:

These drawings provide an overview of the entire project, its floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plan. These documents are used in bidding and early construction stages.

3. Shop Drawing:

Detailed drawings produced by contractors or sub-contractors, illustrating specific components, systems, or installations according to design.

4. As-Built Drawings:

Drawings created during or after construction that show/reflect the actual conditions of the project, including any changes or modifications made during construction.

Summary:
